I grew up in horse country north of Baltimore, Maryland, but left as a young Navy wife to live in many port cities in the US and abroad.  I now live near the beach in Northeast Florida.

As a lifelong student, I most recently enrolled in painting and printmaking classes at one of my alma maters, Jacksonville University.  Professor Nick McNally introduced me to monotype, drypoint engraving, linoleum cut, and silk screen techniques. Printmaking while challenging is also fun. I am most comfortable with silk screen printing, and have learned to add the additional element of chance to the process by mixing colors on the screen as I print.  I also silk screen my designs onto t-shirts making my art both portable and wearable.
